EHS management goals

Wastewater treatment facilities
In order to ensure that the generated wastewater can meet the discharge standards, the company invested CNY 3 million to build a wastewater treatment facility with a daily treatment capacity of 150 tons. The facility is designed by Heilongjiang Xinjinshan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. The high-boiling, high-salinity wastewater is distilled, and the distilled product enters the integrated pool and mixes with the low-concentration wastewater of the workshop, through air flotation, catalytic oxidation, anaerobic, facultative, and itchy , Discharge up to standard after precipitation.
Waste gas treatment facilities
OUr company invested CNY 3 million to build a waste gas treatment system.
Process risk analysis
After the project design is completed, the various processes of the process are split according to PID (pipeline instrument flow chart), hazard identification is carried out for each part, hazard level assessment is carried out for the identified hazards, and rectification is proposed for high hazard risks. The plan is then identified, re-evaluated, and re-analyzed until the hazard level of the risk is reduced to a tolerable level before the project can be started.

Emergency response
